Is it possible to design sessions that are as interactive AND impactful as they would have been in the classroom - for long-lasting learning results?

YES.

My ingredients were: the willingness to provide qualitative, hands-on online-training (and not a web conference), creativity, up-front organization, precise communication and a passion for the topic. (PM me, dear colleagues – I am happy to share and hear about your adaptations).
